The Peapod Bowtique has a responsibility to provide excellent customer service and high-quality products to the public. The bowtique will grow with the support of customer feedback to allow us to measure whether our services are meeting and exceeding our customers’ expectations.
We will do our best to address any request, questions, or complaints in “real-time” on the same day the email is received. The Peapod Bowtique will respond and follow up when necessary to resolve any issues. We appreciate the cooperation from the customer to provide acknowledgment of any issues that we have successfully resolved.

The Peapod Bowtique will provide donation information to allow customers to know how they are positively impacting children in Northeast Ohio. Donation locations will rotate. Photographs of drop off boxes will be posted on our Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/peapodbowtique/

The Peapod Bowtique takes the security of your personal information very seriously. Our server uses encryption to protect your information when using our site. Your personal information will never be shared or sold. Personal information would only be visible publicly when a product review is provided by a customer. In this situation, the customer is responsible for all information they choose to share.
WHOLESALE INQUIRIES
The Peapod Bowtique would love to connect with retailers to sell our products. The owner has designed her own templates by hand and also has purchased templates with a commercial license. It would be amazing to become partners with your company.
