Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

The bows listed have already been handmade and carefully stored waiting to be shipped to their forever home within 2 - 3 business days.  Custom bows, bow holders, wall art, wholesale and large group orders will be handmade and shipped within 10 - 12 business days. This will provide time for custom materials to be ordered. Bow Mail will be shipped to subscribers within the first week of every month.

 

Delivery dates will vary and depend on the USPS.  Tracking numbers will be provided.  Priority shipping is available during check out.

The bows are shipped in a box to prevent damage during their travel to their forever home. 

 

Outdoor temperatures may get hot enough, in some regions, to potentially melt the glue if your mail sits out for an extended amount of time. Bows are personally inspected prior to departure and The Peapod Bowtique is not responsible for damage related to prolonged heat expsoure.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not accept returns at this time.  If you have any issues at all with your order, please contact us at PPodBows@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery.  We will do our best to make your purchase an enjoyable experience.  Please, do not hesitate to contact us!  

 

If you would like to exchange your item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.  Buyers will be responsible for return shipping costs and are expected to return the product in a proper shipping container to prevent damage.  The buyer will be responsible for any loss in value to the product.  

 

We do not accept exchanges on custom or personalized orders.  â€‹

CANCELATION POLICY

A cancellation request can be submitted within 48 hours but will not be approved if the order has already shipped. Cancellations are not approved for orders where materials have been ordered to complete a custom piece.
